Hotel School Adds Course in Beer

Related to yesterday’s post, the Hotel School is apparently teaching a seminar for students on beer, aimed at “students interested in food and beverage.” Umm, doesn’t that pretty much describes every student in history?

The seminar was made made possible by a donation from Anheuser-Busch. CU’s press release states that this started in 1999… so naturally you heard it hear first.
