Soccer Players Going Pro

The Big Red reported last week that two Cornell soccer players have been recruited by Major League Soccer Teams:

Senior back Scott Palguta was drafted in the second round of the United Soccer League’s First Division draft by the Rochester Rhinos, and goalkeeper David Mahoney has been invited to Bradenton, Fla., by the Chicago Fire of the MLS to fight for a spot on the preseason roster.
