TCAB is now “Rhapsody”

Remember TCAB? Apparently, this tradition is going strong, 5 days a week all semester, with a new name. Cornell news ran an article about this in October 2002.
Students enrolled in the required Hotel School’s 305 Restaurant Management class manage and operate a branded concept called Rhapsody, a fast-casual restaurant offering a variety of foods, served in generous portions.
This full-service restaurant is used as a learning environment where students apply and test a range of managerial principles, and analyze operational facilities, in order to constantly improve the restaurant’s operation.
I looked at a few menus (under “Manager Schedule”), which always feature a single appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. The food runs the gamut, with a “variety of diverse ethnic foods, ” which reflects the international origins of the students. Visit Rhapsody on the web. And, if you’re planning to be in Ithaca, you can make reservations online!
