Dear Class of 1996,

My name is Scott Curlow and I want to thank you very much for my scholarship for the Academic Year 1004-2005. My home is in Carmel, Indiana, and I am the third of five sons. My mother recently had major brain surgery and is missing months of work. I can really use this scholarship and sincerely appreciate you selecting me.

I chose to come to Cornell because of its outstanding reputation. My major is in Apparel Design and Management and I hope to pursue a career in mens clothing and professional athletic uniforms design. I played high school football and figure my experience wearing the uniforms will be an asset.
